Nothing physical is shipped
Marketiism is software used in a web browser and on phones. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.
When you get access
Your account works as soon as you sign up. After a successful payment your plan or add-on is switched on at once, usually within a minute, and you get a GST invoice by email and under Billing in your account.
If a payment succeeds but your plan does not change within 30 minutes, contact us with the payment reference and we will switch it on or refund you.
Setup help
Where a plan or offer includes setup by our team (for example connecting WhatsApp), we start within one working day of payment and finish within the time stated in the offer, counted from when you share the access we need.
Things you sell to your customers
If you sell physical products through Marketiism, shipping and delivery to your customers is your responsibility under your own policy.
