The short version
You can cancel any time. Nothing is charged when you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays in your account.
Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. We don't ask for a card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
When the trial ends, your data stays and you can still sign in. Sending broadcasts and email campaigns stops until you choose a paid plan.
Cancelling a paid plan
Open Billing & plan in your account and choose Cancel plan, or email us from the address on your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then it does not renew.
Changed your mind? Until that date you can undo the cancellation from the same page and nothing changes.
After the paid period ends
Your account, contacts, chats and invoices stay, and you and your team can still sign in. Sending broadcasts and email campaigns stops. Choose a plan again whenever you like to start sending.

Renewals
We never charge you automatically. When a paid period ends you pay the renewal from Billing & plan. If it isn't paid within 7 days of the end date, the plan lapses the same way as a cancelled plan.
Downgrading and upgrading
Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. Nothing is charged now and you keep your current plan until then; after that you pay the new plan's price for the next period. You can undo a scheduled downgrade before it starts.
Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly, starts straight away. You pay the new price less a credit for the unused part of your current period.
Plans: Starter ₹999 a month (₹799 a month paid yearly), Growth ₹2,999 a month (₹2,399 a month paid yearly), Agency ₹9,999 a month (₹7,999 a month paid yearly), plus 18% GST.
The AI plan
AI features need the AI plan: ₹499 a month plus GST, on any plan. It covers the calendar month in which it is paid, for example all of November.
Bought online, it does not renew by itself: buy it again next month to keep AI on, or simply don't.
Paid from your wallet, it renews each month from your wallet balance until you choose Stop renewing on the AI Team page. AI keeps working until the end of that month. A month already paid is not refunded.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups (₹500 to ₹50,000 plus GST, with a GST invoice) are prepaid credit for AI use beyond what your plan includes. They have no expiry date.
Cancelling your plan or stopping the AI plan does not remove your wallet balance; it stays in your workspace for when you use it again. For a question about your balance, contact us.
Agencies and client workspaces
A client workspace that an agency runs has no plan of its own: it is covered by the agency's plan. If the agency cancels or its plan lapses, its client workspaces stop sending at the same time.
Any fee an agency charges its own clients, and how those clients cancel, is between the agency and its clients.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals. Whether you get money back for time already paid follows our refund policy at /refunds/: monthly fees are not refunded for a part-used month, and a yearly plan cancelled within 30 days of payment is refunded in full.
Your own customers
Cancellations of things you sell to your customers through Marketiism are between you and your customer, under your own policy.
