Social media

Social media that brings conversations, not just likes

Posting every day doesn't help if nobody messages you after seeing it. We plan content around your offers and questions buyers ask, post it on schedule, and route every DM and comment into one inbox.

The short answer

How can social media bring enquiries, not just likes?

Plan posts around your offers and the questions buyers ask, post on a steady schedule, and route every comment and DM into one inbox where someone replies fast and moves leads to WhatsApp. We plan, create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and report enquiries from social.

Common questions

How do I get enquiries from social media?
Post content that answers buyers' questions and shows your work, add a clear way to act, usually a WhatsApp message, and reply to every comment and DM quickly. Most businesses lose social enquiries in unanswered DMs, not for lack of posts, so we set up the reply side too.
Which platforms should my business be on?
Usually Instagram and Facebook, plus LinkedIn or YouTube depending on where your buyers are. A local salon rarely needs LinkedIn; a B2B exporter often does. We'd rather do two platforms well than five badly, and we decide based on your buyers, not trends. We review the choice after three months of results.
How often should we post?
Consistency matters more than volume. Three to five good posts a week on your main platform, plus stories, works for most small businesses. Posting every day with nothing useful to say does less than fewer posts that answer questions or show real work. Quality beats a packed calendar every time.
Do you shoot photos and videos?
We plan shoots and can work with your team or local creators in your city. Many clients film simple reels on a phone using our scripts and shot lists, which keeps costs down and looks more genuine than heavily produced content. We edit and publish them for you.
Do you reply to comments and DMs?
Yes, during agreed hours, and we route serious enquiries to your WhatsApp inbox with a note so your team can continue. Questions we can't answer, such as specific prices or complaints, are passed to you. Replies are written in your brand's tone. You can see every reply in the inbox.
How do you measure social media results?
We report reach and engagement, but focus on enquiries: DMs, WhatsApp chats and form fills that came from social, tracked in Marketiism. If posts get likes but no conversations, we change the content. Likes alone don't pay salaries. Enquiries are tracked from the first message to payment.
Can you run ads on Instagram as well?
Yes, through our performance marketing service. Organic posts build trust and give you content; ads put the best of it in front of new people with a clear offer. We coordinate both so ads use the posts that already proved themselves. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account.
What does social media management cost?
It depends on the number of platforms, posts per month and whether shoots are needed. We quote after a free audit with a monthly plan. Work runs month to month after setup, and you own your social accounts throughout, with us added as managers. Shoots are quoted separately.
Do you post on festivals?
Yes, when it's relevant to your business. We plan Diwali, Holi, Eid, Independence Day and local festivals in the monthly calendar, ideally tied to an offer or a genuine message. Generic festival greetings get little attention; useful ones get shared. Regional festivals matter too, depending on where your customers live.
Will I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. We share the monthly calendar and the posts in advance, and nothing is published without your approval. Once you're comfortable, many clients approve the calendar once a month and let routine posts go out on schedule. Urgent changes, such as a sudden closure, can be posted the same day once you approve them.
Can you grow our followers quickly?
We don't buy followers or use follow-for-follow tricks; they hurt reach and bring nobody who buys. Followers grow steadily from useful content and ads to the right local audience. We care more about enquiries from people nearby than a big number. Steady, relevant growth lasts longer than any shortcut.
What is the social planner in Marketiism?
It's a tool to plan, schedule and publish posts to your connected Facebook Pages and other social accounts from one place. You choose which accounts appear when you create a post. We use it for client work, and you can use it yourself if you'd rather post on your own.
Can you manage LinkedIn for a B2B company?
Yes. LinkedIn content for B2B focuses on the founder's and company's expertise, case examples you're allowed to share and helpful posts about your industry. Enquiries from LinkedIn usually come through messages and website visits, which we track like any other source. Founders' profiles often outperform company pages there.
Do you write captions and hashtags?
Yes. Every post comes with a caption written for your audience and a small set of relevant hashtags. Captions matter more than hashtags: a clear first line and a simple call to action, such as 'message us on WhatsApp', do most of the work. You approve the wording first.
Can we start with just one platform?
Yes, and it's often smarter. Start with the platform your buyers use most, prove it brings enquiries, then add another. A focused start also makes it easier for your team to keep up with replies, which is where most social results are won or lost.
